2. Order Processing & Delivery

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Estimated delivery time within the United States is typically 5–10 business days.

Delivery timelines may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or high order volume.


3. Eligibility for Returns or Replacements

We accept return or replacement requests under the following conditions:

  • Item arrives damaged

  • Incorrect item was received

  • Product has a verified manufacturing defect

To qualify:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • The item must be unused and in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

  • Clear photographs of the issue must be provided


4. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items are non-refundable unless defective:

  • Opened pet food or treats

  • Used grooming products

  • Opened supplements

  • Personalized or custom items

  • Final sale or clearance items


5. Order Accuracy & Customer Responsibility

6. Return Shipping

Furriva is not responsible for packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.

Customers are responsible for:

10. Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to deny returns or refunds if:

11. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If a chargeback is initiated without first contacting us, we reserve the right to dispute the claim and provide order confirmation, tracking information, and delivery proof to the payment processor.
